Politica de reembolso

Tenemos una política de devolución de 15 días, lo que significa que tiene 15 días después de recibir su artículo para solicitar una devolución.

Para ser elegible para una devolución, su artículo debe estar en las mismas condiciones en que lo recibió, sin usar ni usar, con etiquetas y en su embalaje original. También necesitará el recibo o comprobante de compra.

Si se acepta su devolución, le enviaremos una etiqueta de envío de devolución, así como instrucciones sobre cómo y dónde enviar su paquete. No se aceptarán los artículos que nos devuelvan sin solicitar primero una devolución.

Daños y problemas
Inspeccione su pedido al recibirlo y comuníquese con nosotros de inmediato si el artículo está defectuoso, dañado o si recibe el artículo incorrecto, para que podamos evaluar el problema y corregirlo.

¡Los artículos que tengan rasgaduras/roturas, lavados o manchas no serán aceptados para reembolso/cambio!

Intercambios
La forma más rápida de asegurarse de obtener lo que desea es devolver el artículo que tiene y, una vez que se acepte la devolución, realizar una compra por separado para el nuevo artículo.

Reembolsos
Le notificaremos una vez que hayamos recibido e inspeccionado su devolución, y le informaremos si el reembolso fue aprobado o no. Si se aprueba, se le reembolsará automáticamente en su método de pago original dentro de los 10 días hábiles. Recuerde que su banco o compañía de tarjeta de crédito puede tardar algún tiempo en procesar y publicar el reembolso también.

My experience so far with Yoenia has been great. I originally started out with talk therapy with someone else but I did some research to further explore other therapy options and ended up finding Yoenia on TikTok. She’s been very thorough, straightforward, and gives me the accountability I need. I have yet to feel confused and unsatisfied with our sessions. So I’m grateful to have found her and look forward to many other progressive sessions.

Having Yoenia as a therapist has been insightful and progressive. I came across her videos on TikTok and I identify myself with most of the topics she spoke about. I knew from there I found a match with someone that understands my upbringings and struggles. She challenges me and thanks to that I’ve noticed a change in my mental health. Jojo is a great professional! She will definitely take you out of your comfort zone and will work on whatever issue you want to fix and make you have a better picture after all. Honestly it feels like talking to a friend so it makes therapy 100 times better.

Working with a younger person has been a great experience because she has insight to dynamics that effect me as a young person, which I think would be difficult to wrap your head around from someone too distant from the generation. Anything that she might not have been prepared to encounter, we have learned together and I can confidently say that my life and understanding has been better off. I can see a light at the end of the tunnel for self-sufficiency and it won't be too long until she releases me to fend for myself and see how that works at this stage in my life.

I started with Jojo feeling like I was at zero. I've been in therapy with her for about 4 months and it's the best thing that's ever happened to me. Jojo has been an angel in my life! The best therapy sessions I've ever had. Today, I feel much better. We need more therapist like her. She is a 20 out of 10⭐️!
